Use your Google Account to create your LoopMe account

You can use your Google Account to create your personal LoopMe account. When you sign in for the first time with your Google Account, your personal LoopMe account will be created. Then you can easily sign in with your Google Account and enter an invite code to join a group, or create your own group.

Note: The email address associated with your LoopMe account will be the same email address as your Google Account.

Follow these steps:

  • Choose to sign in with Google
  •
  • Enter your Google login credentials, then follow the onscreen instructions.

Your LoopMe account has been created and you can now log in with your Google Account in the same way on the web, or through the LoopMe app.

Note: If you are using a shared computer, you must log out of Google even in your browser. If you log out of LoopMe, you'll be signed in via Google until you've logged out through the browser. Read more here.

An easy way to make sure you're completely signed out is to go to www.google.com and look at the top right if you're signed out.

Link your Google Account to your existing LoopMe account

Follow these steps:

  • Log in with your existing user details (email address and password)

  • Click on your profile picture in the upper right to access your profile page

  • Click the button Connect a Google account

  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

Your Google Account is now linked to your LoopMe account. You can now sign in with your Google Account in the future.

If your Google Account email address is the same as your LoopMe account email address

If you created your LoopMe account with a G-mail address and after that choose to sign in with Google, you will receive an error message if this email address is already used in the system.

For example, if the email address of your LoopMe account is "johndoe@gmail.com" and your Google Account has the same email address.

To use Google to sign in, read more under Link your Google Account to your existing LoopMe account.

You can of course continue to sign in with your LoopMe account email address (Gmail address) as before.

Disconnect your Google Account from your LoopMe account

Follow these steps:

  • In your browser, go to www.loopme.io
