You can manage your tags within a group in an editor mode. Tags within a pre-defined content package are always automatically published. If you want to hide a tag for the group members you just click Hidden. 

Edit a Tag

• Go to Groups
• Click on Tags and you will be directed to the Tags Tab

• Click the Manage Tags Tab

• Click the button Edit

• Make your changes 
• Click on the green Check box to save

Create a Tag

• Go to Groups
• Click on Tags and you will be directed to the Tags Tab

• Click the Manage Tags Tab

• Click the button Create Tag

• Enter a name of the tag (try to keep it short)
• Click on the green Check box to save

Remove a Tag

Note: You can only remove a tag that is created by yourself. If you are using tags within a pre-defined content package, you will only be able to hide or archive a tag.

• Go to Groups
• Click on Tags and you will be directed to the Tags Tab

• Click the Manage Tags Tab

• Click on the red Trash icon to remove the Tag
