Login and Password

Each user has a personal LoopMe account consisting your name, email adress and your personal passord. After you have registered, you log in to your account either on the web or in the app. If you want, you can be logged both on the web and in the app simultaneously.

I have forgotten my passord 

NOTE! At the moment it's not possible to use the Forgot Password functionality in the App

Computer:

  • Go to www.loopme.io and choose to log in.


  • Click on the link Forgot password


  • Enter your e-mail adress and click Send

 

  • A new password will be sent to your e-mail adress. Use this new password when you log in.


App:

  • On the login page click Forgot Password
  • Enter your e-mail address and click Send
  • A new password will be sent to your e-mail adress. Use this new password when you log in.

 


 
Change password 

NOTE! At the moment it's not possible to change Password in the App

Computer:

  • Go to www.loopme.io and choose to log in


  • Click on the Profile icon at the top right of the LoopMe Menu


  • Click on Preferences


  • Click on the link Change password


  • Enter your old password
  • Enter your new password (8 characters)
  • Click on Change


 Tip!
If your have forgotten your old password, just log out and click on the link Forgot password. A new password will be sent to your email adress. Use this new password when you log in and then go to your profile page and change password.


 

I'm not receiving the email to reset my password

If you requested a new password but didn't receive your password-reset email:

  • Check the spam or junk mail folder in your email account linked to your LoopMe account.
  • Try to reset your password again.
  • If you still don't receive the email after requesting a password reset, we can help you. Send an email to support@loopme.se
